Bio
Brian Fire is a solo project born out of inner tension — the quiet struggle between who you are and who you believe you can become.
With the many changes Brian Garcia, better known as Brian Fire, is experiencing, his preparation in relocating to New York City reflects a transition that runs parallel to a deeper personal and artistic shift. Having come up through classical training, marching bands, and a lifelong fascination with melody and rhythm, Brian Fire is the manifestation of an artist finally learning to trust his creative self. “I’ve always known I was an artist at heart,” he says, “but it took me years to cross the line from wanting to make music to becoming someone who makes it.”
The result is a sound that feels like a beam of light cutting through a natural landscape — indie pop layered with warm synths, melancholic optimism, lush basslines, and a sense of discovery. The tracks are sometimes moody, sometimes danceable, always personal. Brian’s production is DIY at heart — sketched in voice memos on long walks, shaped in apartment corners, and quiet coffee shops. Songs explore change, uncertainty, relationships, and identity, particularly in moments when all of those things are in flux.
Inspired kaleidoscope by classical music, early 2000s alt rock, house music, and modern pop compositions, Brian pulls from a medley of musical influences and life experiences — growing up in Southern California, coming of age in Georgia, performing with groups and solo, traveling widely, and now stepping into the unknown, yet familiar world of artistry.
The Brian Fire project is more than a musical experience; it’s an aspiration toward the highest creative self, one that dares to show up fully and unapologetically create.
